The Little Perfume Shop off the Champs-Élysées (The Little Paris Collection #3) Reviews

I am loving The little Paris collection. This is book three of the collection and it is a wonderful addition to this series of books. If you haven’t read books 1 and 2 don’t worry, because each of these books can be read as a stand alone. As they feature different characters. But the thing connect them all is Paris.

In this book we meet Del. Who thought that she had her whole life planned out. Del and her sister were going to open their own Perfume shop in New York. That was until her sister pul

I found the story enjoyable and romantic. I read it in less than a day, not only because it’s not too long (a little more than 200 pages), but because I was engrossed in the plot. What I liked most about this novel is the character of Del. The author presents her through many fronts. She is devoted to her family, she is still grieving over her grandmother’s death and she constantly misses her twin sister Jen, her other half, especially since she is now busy with her boyfriend. She is competitive ...more

I've really enjoyed all this series, and this was no exception, a very easy-reading story set around a perfume competition in Paris.

Del is from America and one of the contestants, along with a group of other people, all great personalities. I really loved Lex and Lila the best, and Clementine was an absolute nightmare!

Del is a twin and her and her sister, Jen, had planned on opening a perfume shop in New York, but plans change when Jen fell in love and it turned out she was only going along with

I've never heard of a perfume competition but if that's what it takes to set the stage for a Rebecca Raisin novel, I'm all for it. Del arrived in Paris distressed because her twin, Jen, bailed on what she thought were their plans to open a shop in New York. Not to worry- there's plenty to occupy her, what with the competition and, wait for it....a romantic possibility in Sebastian. This breezy rom-com of sorts has a nice sense of France and a good plot line. Thanks to Netgalley for the ARC. Try ...more

Del and Sebastian were such lovely characters. The information we get about perfume making isn't overwhelming but definitely adds to the story and helps immerse you in the story. The descriptions of Paris are spot on and the contest idea adds another little plot to it all.

Overall an easy but enjoyable read.

I was granted an advance copy of this book by Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.

When I knew this novel from Rebecca Raisin was being released I was so excited to be able to get hold of a copy. I absolutely adored Rebecca’s previous novels, she has a way of writing romance novels that just get inside and warm my heart.

From the beginning I loved Del, in many ways she reminded me of me, she was searching for a new start and also for her way in life. When she arrives in Paris she has no clue, she is scared, she speaks no french and when she meets a beautiful man she falls for h

A delightfully romantic tale. I loved how the author described Paris. It was a magical trip delighting senses in every sense of the word. Del and her twin sister have a dream to open their own perfume shop in New York. For the love of a man her sister leaves her dream behind leaving Del holding the bag when she doesn't have the financial backing to open the shop on her own. Armed with her grandmother's notebook of scent formulas and notes she goes off to the city of love, Paris to compete in a p ...more
