The Case for Jamie (Charlotte Holmes #3) Reviews
I honestly don't know how I can live without this series now that it's over.
I'M DRAINED BUT HOW WILL I GO ON
A case of juvenile, prank-level threats, misplaced high stakes, baffling climax and directionless plot, and not enough, no, no, not enough at all.
Perhaps I preferred the enigma Holmes over the girl Charlotte, whose brokenness was not explored nearly enough.
All smoke, no fire. A sorry letdown.
I would have liked to see more resolution for the secondary characters in this series (and more Lena in general) but this entire series has basically been about Holmes and Watson ignoring everyone but each other SO WHATEVER TAKE THOSE PAGES AND ADD MORE ~MOMENTS~ I AM FINE WITH THAT.
Anyway, my heart is dead. Jamie + Charlotte = True fucked up Love and I will always want more.

I loved this installment! The characters develop so well in this book and I loved seeing Charlotte’s perspective. The plot took a crazy turn, and I wasn’t expecting it (which doesn’t say much because I am extremely gullible). Such a great book!
I really like this series! Each book I keep expecting to be unimpressed but I consistently enjoy them thoroughly.
