Trapped in a violent world where brute force passes for leadership, it's tempting to lay back and let everyone else fight it out. Genesis (Project Nemesis #2) Reviews
Nemesis wasn't the best book but the main thing that got me to pick up this second book was the ending of Nemesis had me intrigued. I don't regret getting it because I liked it so much better than the first. There are multiple plot twists and a lot of action. The only complaint was that throughout the first and second book I felt like the characters kept changing personalities throughout which at times disconnected me from them, but eventually it became less noticeable. What a crazy ride! This had twists, turns, and surprises I never saw coming. If there is a book 3 - and there better be - I need it now.
Criptic and thought provoking, this was a wonderful story. Though many dark times shadowed this book and made me gasp in shock, it was wonderful that humanity can still prevail even in the darkest of times. I can’t believe I have to wait until next year for the next book!

'Genesis' is the heart-pounding second installment in one of the most original young adult series I've read. The plot is pretty intricate and woven together, so you need to read the first book before this one if you want to understand anything that happens. There wasn't anything about this novel that I didn't love. It was everything I had hoped for and more. I was a little afraid that this book wouldn't live up to the first installment. So many series have amazing beginnings only to tank in the ...more
