For Crosby (For You #3) Reviews
For Crosby by J. Nathan is book three in her For You series. This book can be read as a standalone but I highly suggest reading all the books in this series as they are all just as enjoyable. This is sports romance book that will keep you engaged until the end. It pulled me in right from the beginning and kept me reading until the last page. I enjoy this author's writing style. It is free flowing and creative. Her attention to details make you feel as if you are right there with the characters. ...more

EPIC! Holy efff!!! HOT!!!
For Crosby by J. Nathan was amazeballs. Yes, I said amazeballs! For Crosby was like a hook dangling in the water and it caught me.
Sabrina is such a great character that she drew me in with her wit and no filter attitude. Sabrina takes no crap from anyone, especially Crosby. When they first cross each other's path, she leaves him tied to a tree. Yes, a tree. Naked. That is the start of their hate/love relationship ...more

That cover... I had to read the book. I mean, just look at it!
Right from the opening scene, I was prepared to hate Sabrina. For the first dozen or so pages I did. You don't leave someone tied to a tree; you don't, that's horrible. To be honest, while I might have been able to get past it, I'm not sure I was able to forgive her. It's all right though, we all do stupid things in university.
Now lets talk about Crosby. I fell in love with him the first chapter we ge ...more

This would have easily been a solid 4 star read BUT the ending was well I think it was one of the H's last lines: "And you will never, ever let another guy fuck you the way I'm about to."
Not you will never sleep with another guy... sure some of you may say semantics but wording in a book is important especially when it comes down to one of the last lines.
The other hard part which was an obvious issue with the h as well is how the H allowed other people to use him as an emotiona ...more
For Crosby by J Nathan a five-star read you would give anything for. This is the third book in the For you series but each book is stand-alone and you really don’t need to have read the others before this one. This was a hot hot hot read, it’s a hockey romance but I’m not a huge fan of Hockey but that didn’t matter, I still loved the read. Sabrina and Crosby have more sparks than a Bonfire night firework display!! (or 4th of July fireworks for the non UK readers) Enemies to lovers stories are al ...more
THIS is why I love J Nathan! I can always count on her for a great NA read with lovable and tortured hero. I couldn't get enough of Crosby and Sabrina. I started this on my train ride into work and by the time my head hit the pillow at night I was finished.
Definitely another winner from J Nathan!
"No one wanted to be hurt, and letting people in was a sure-fire way to do that."
I happened upon J. Nathan's debut novel by accident and I've been patting myself on the back ever since. She's such a talented author and her stories never fail to keep me engrossed from start to finish.
I have to give the author credit for coming up with a unique way for the two main characters to meet. It makes me smile every time I think about Sabrina finding Crosby tied to a tree... naked.
Of course, Crosby is ...more
