Switch Hitter (Jock Hard 0.5) Reviews
I started this in the Team Player anthology and had to DNF....
I so wanted to like this because I liked Amelia and Dante BUT I couldn't get past he was still dating and has made out with the heroines twin sister... could have been great for me but that's not my bag
A fab little treat between meals.
Earlier this year I binged on Sara Ney. I loved the humour, the wit, the chemistry and the smut but once I'd read them all I struggled to get all of that from anyone else. This is a novella, complete story and an intro to a new series. For me it was a reminder of what I've been craving. I'm so ready for her new series, I'll be stalking her feeds ready to jump on that.
Just the thing if you're in the mood for witty, warm feels and hot smut.
It's the baseball player trap...
I know it's kind of deceitful and wrong but I kind of love stories when twins switch places. This was a cute story that did the switcheroo genre justice. There's a good twin and a naughty twin, a hero too smart and a connection that meant it was easier to forgive the tricksters.
Switch Hitter was short but sweet and I enjoyed it. The characters were interesting, the storyline moved well and the sizzling tension jumped off the pages. Definitely worth the $1.00.
I wasn’t expecting it to be so short but Switch Hitter was a cute, fun and sexy read and a good start to new series.
Look forward to reading more from Sara Ney.
Loved this short story about twin sisters . I read it as part of a sports anthology called "Team Player ". My first glimpse into Sara Ney's writing. I am looking forward to reading a full length novel by her now ⚾⚾⚾. ...more
Luvd this so much.
This book is so funny I luvd it. If this is what I have to look forward to with twin girls God help me haha. This story is just great. I luvd how different Lucy and Amelia are. They are like chalk and cheese. I do like that Lucy can push Amelia out of her comfort zone even though Amelia tries so hard to say no it doesn't work. They are great sisters and I luv the relationship they have.
Dante is hot like really hot. What makes him even better is that he isn't your normal baseba ...more

I am truly, honestly, madly, and completely addicted to Sara Ney. My TBR list is roughly a million kilometres long and not getting any shorter and I cannot stop reading her books. I’m re-reading some of them at this point. Heaven help me. I just really like her style of writing. Her characters are fun. There is relatively low angst. Her heroines are smart and always a little sassy. Her heroes are tough guys with marshmallow hearts. I’m just ugh, yeah, it is so so good. ...more
Originally part of the Team Player anthology, but I hadn't gotten around to reading this one yet. Not sure what I was waiting for... This KU novella was a charming little meet-cute, a quick little read, packed with trademark Sara Ney humor that made me giggle. 3.75 switcheroo stars.
